Coupling General information On the considered models one-disk dry coupling with a diaphragm spring is established. Coupling in the car carries out two tasks: at inclusion of any transfer separates power communication between the engine and the check point, and, at start-off from the place, provides the frictional slipping excluding the movement breakthroughs.
Coupling consists of a basket with a press disk, the conducted disk and the mechanism of switching off of coupling. The basket of coupling is connected by bolts with a flywheel which is in turn fixed on a flange of a bent shaft of the engine. Between a press disk and a flywheel there is a conducted disk which nestles on a flywheel a press disk. The conducted clutch plate is centered with a main shaft of the check point. By pressing a coupling pedal the bearing of switching off of coupling through a hydraulic actuator and the lever presses a coupling basket spring. Thereof the disk is released press and the conducted disk does not nestle on a flywheel any more. Power communication between the engine and the check point stops. At all models coupling drive hydraulic. The hydraulic system of coupling is supplied via the general tank with liquid of the brake system. At each inclusion and switching off of coupling the frictional surface of the conducted disk partially wears out. The conducted disk is the wearing-out detail. However the term of its service makes over 100 000 km of a run. Wear generally depends on loading (operation with the trailer) and the nature of driving. Coupling does not demand service. It self-established. |
