Removal, installation and check of coupling

 REMOVAL

1. Remove the check point, address the Section Removal and the RKPP and AT installation.

2. Block a flywheel on a gear wreath the screw-driver and a mandrel or the special tool (1). Turn off bolts of fastening of a basket of coupling consistently on 1 - 1 1/2 turns so that to weaken tension.

If all bolts of fastening turn away at once, it can lead to damage of press springs and pins.

3. Completely turn out all bolts.
4. Take out a basket and the conducted clutch plate.

Do not drop a basket and the conducted disk. It can lead after assembly to pro-slipping and difficulties at coupling switching off.

5. Wipe a flywheel.

 CHECK

1. Check press a disk for existence of places of an overheat and zadir.

2. Check integrity of press springs (an arrow on an accompanying illustration)

3. Check elastic connection between a press disk and a cover for existence of zadir. Check reliability of rivet connections. The coupling having the damaged or weak rivet connections should be replaced.

4. Check an adjacent surface of a press disk for existence of cracks, places of an overheat and wear. Press the disk which surface has a deflection inside to 0.3 mm can be established into place again. Check is carried out by means of a ruler and the probe.

5. Check a flywheel for existence of places of an overheat and zadir. If necessary replace. After each dismantling establish new mikrokapsyulirovanny bolts. If the flywheel is established old, replace fastening bolts if oil acts. Fix a flywheel by bolts cross-wise the moment of 105 Nanometers.
6. Smooth out press a disk and a flywheel a small emery paper.
7. Made oily or the conducted disk having mechanical damages replace with new.
8. Carefully clamp an overlay of coupling in a vice and measure thickness by a caliper. The minimum thickness has to be not less presented in Specifications. Otherwise replace a clutch plate. The same needs to be made in the presence of cracks.
9. In auto repair shops the conducted disk is checked for a beating. The face beating of a disk should not exceed 0.5 mm.

This check is necessary only when the old disk is established and there were difficulties with coupling switching off.

10. Remove the bearing of switching off of coupling from a pipe at the check point and check, address the Section Removal and installation of the mechanism of switching off of coupling.

11. Check ease of the course of the roller bearing in cranked to a shaft. If necessary take the bearing a stripper and replace it with new.

Installation

Before installation of new coupling remove with solvent a sheeting of a frictional surface of a press disk and in need of a flywheel.

 INSTALLATION

1. Establish the conducted disk (2) and a basket with a press disk (3) on a flywheel (1).

The flat surface of the conducted disk has to look towards a press disk. The conducted disk has marking of "Getriebeseite" (Side of the check point). The inscription at installation has to be visible. Install a basket on the corresponding pins.

2. The conducted disk at installation has to be aligned by the corresponding mandrel (1) (for example, HAZET No. 2174) or an old main shaft of the check point.

3. Consistently tighten bolts of fastening of a basket on 1 - 1 1/2 turns so that press the disk was pressed. You watch that the basket at an inhaling of bolts evenly nestled on a flywheel. The moment of an inhaling depends on a class of durability of bolts which is beaten out on a head: bolts of M8 have the class "8.8", the inhaling moment for them 25 Nanometers, the class "10.9" drags on the moment of 35 Nanometers.
4. Take out the aligning tool.
5. If the stopper on a flywheel was established, take out it.

6. Grease shlitsevy grooves of a main shaft with a thin layer Microlube GL 261 lubricant. Do not impose too much lubricant, otherwise it can get on the frictional surfaces of coupling that will lead to violations in its work.

7. Establish the check point, address the Section Removal and the RKPP and AT installation.
