System of preheat of the diesel engine

General description

At a low temperature of the engine spontaneous ignition of fuel at the expense of high extent of compression is impossible. Therefore additional heating of fuel is required.

For this purpose the glow plug is rolled in each combustion chamber. The candle consists of the case with the heating core pressed in it. When giving on tension candle the heating element within several seconds heats up to temperature over 850 °C that provides preparation of the engine for start during no more than 5 pages. After switching off of a control lamp of heating on dashboards the engine is ready to start.

Duration of process of heating and additional automatic heating after start of the engine (to 20 c) it is regulated by the DDE block via the relay of preliminary heating. The scheme of preliminary heating is provided in the end of the Management.
