Check, removal and installation of the fuel locking valve

The electromagnetic fuel locking valve at TNVD opens supply of fuel at inclusion of ignition. It needs to be checked if the engine is not started or after switching off of ignition does not stop.

 CHECK

1. Switch on and off the ignition lock on a steering wheel. The electromagnetic valve at the same time has to click distinctly.
2. If there is no click, disconnect an electric wire. Apply a cable of the rechargeable battery to the interruption in supply valve.
3. If now the click is heard, check a chain. If necessary replace wires. If the source of malfunction is not found, replace the valve.
4. During the work with fuel system observe purity, address the Section of the Rule of respect for purity during the work with fuel system.


 REMOVAL

Disconnect a cable and turn out the valve of interruption in supply (1). Address an accompanying illustration.


 INSTALLATION

1. Remove the piston and a spring of the valve and insert them into other valve. You monitor the correct provision of a sealing ring.
2. Screw the new valve and tighten its moment 20 Nanometers. Fix a cable.
