Replacement of brake pipelines

In the brake system as rigid communications the pipelines covered with plastic are used. Communication with forward and back wheels is carried out by flexible hoses. The certain experience is necessary for replacement of pipelines and hoses.

During the work with pipelines it is necessary to watch to damaging a plastic covering. Pipelines are delivered, as a rule, without trailer fittings. When replacing pipelines it is necessary to pay attention to diameter of a connecting carving. Put on a pipe the union and a razvaltsuyta the end of a pipe. Pay attention to execution of the razvaltsovanny end.

When bending a pipe use an old pipe as an example.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift and install the car on supports.
2. Slightly press a pedal of a brake and press it. For this purpose insert wooden whetstone between a seat and a pedal, having moved up and having removed a seat. It excludes a liquid effluence from the tank and hit in system of air after a pipeline detachment
3. Turn off a cap nut and disconnect the pipeline.
4. If it is necessary, close a stopper accession in the direction of the main brake cylinder.
5. Lay the new pipeline on the route of old. Tighten a cap nut of M12 the moment of 15 Nanometers, M10 the moment of 20 Nanometers.

Do not lay brake pipelines between electric wires. It can lead to a mastication and failure of either the pipeline, or an electric wire. The distance between brake pipelines and electric wires has to be not less than 25 mm.

6. Remove air from a hydraulic system, address the Section Removal of Air from the brake system.
Attention, check reliability:
   a) Whether brake hoses are fixed?
   b) Whether the brake hose is fixed in the holder?
   c) Whether the union of removal of air is tightened?
   d) Whether enough brake fluid in the tank?
   e) On the working engine check tightness of system. For this purpose press a brake pedal by effort 200 - 300 N (20 - 30 kg) and you hold it during 10 pages. The effort of pressure of a pedal of a brake to a leg should not weaken.
   f) Check all connections for tightness.


Brake fluid needs to be utilized in a special way.
