2. Slightly press a pedal of a brake and press it. For this purpose insert wooden whetstone between a seat and a pedal, having moved up and having removed a seat. It excludes a liquid effluence from the tank and hit in system of air after a pipeline detachment.
3. Unscrew the pipeline (1) with a cap nut (2) from a brake hose. At the same time hold a hose from a provorachivaniye for lysk or a hexagon (3) that the connecting element in the holder was not turned.
At the same time a liquid quantity can flow out. Bring together her in the capacity intended especially for brake fluid.
4. Turn off a hose at a support.
1. Attach a hose to a support.
2. Establish wheels directly.
3. Fix a brake hose in the holder and connect a cap nut to the pipeline. At the same time hold a brake hose from a provorachivaniye for lysk or a hexagon that the connecting element could not be turned in the holder. The inhaling moment for a carving of M12 makes 15 Nanometers, for M10 carving - 20 Nanometers.
4. Establish forward wheels so that the markings put at removal coincided. Do not grease bolts of fastening. Fix wheels.
5. After installation at the unloaded wheel (the car is raised) check whether the hose freely moves at turn of a steering wheel and whether concerns adjacent designs.
6. Lower the car on wheels and tighten fastening bolts cross-wise the moment of 100 Nanometers.
7. Turn a steering wheel to the left and to the right against the stop and check whether the hose freely moves and whether concerns adjacent designs.
8. Remove air from the brake system.
Attention, check reliability:
a) Whether brake hoses are fixed?
b) Whether the brake hose is fixed in the holder?
c) Whether the union of removal of air is tightened?
d) Whether enough brake fluid in the tank?
e) On the working engine check tightness of system. For this purpose press a brake pedal by effort 200 - 300 N (20 - 30 kg) and you hold it during 10 pages. The effort of pressure of a pedal of a brake to a leg should not weaken.
f) Check all connections for tightness.
Brake fluid needs to be utilized in a special way.
