BMW 5 Series E39

1. Disconnect a weight cable from the rechargeable battery. The battery is in a luggage carrier behind the right side facing.

2. Insulate a tape the plug of the cable going to a negative pole of the rechargeable battery to exclude casual contact with battery poles.

3. Remove the air filter, address the Section Removal and installation of the case of the air filter and measuring instrument of mass of air.

4. Remove the fan coupling, address the Section Removal and installation of the fan and coupling of the fan.

5. Take off maple a belt, address the Section Removal, installation and a tension of a maple belt.

6. Disconnect a ventilating hose behind the generator.

7. Disconnect the D+ plug plug from a reverse side of the generator for what press a stopper.

8. Uncover accession of B+. Turn off a nut and remove a thick cover.

9. Turn off bolts of fastening and take out the generator.

1. Install the generator, tighten fastening bolts.
2. From a reverse side fix by the moment of 15 Nanometers a cable.
3. Join shtekerny connection and record it.
4. Put on a ventilating hose behind the generator.
5. Put on maple a belt, address the Section Removal, installation and a tension of a maple belt.
6. Install the fan coupling, address the Section Removal and installation of the fan and coupling of the fan.
7. Install the air filter, address the Section Removal and installation of the case of the air filter and measuring instrument of mass of air.
