Security measures at the handling of the belt tension device

   •  Replacement and check of devices of a tension of a belt of a safety / safety cushion have to be made by specialized workshops. Carrying out any constructive changes with the specified devices is not allowed.

   •  If as a result of failure of the car the device of a tension of a seat belt worked, it needs to be replaced on new (work HUNDRED).

   •  Before performance of any works with the device of a tension of a belt it is necessary to disconnect a weight cable from the rechargeable battery. For an exception of casual contact the tip of a cable needs to be isolated.

   •  If not worked tension device was removed from the car, then it is necessary to store it so that casual access to it was excluded.

   •  The device of a tension and the control unit of it are sensitive to blows. If they were dropped from height more than 50 cm, then it is not necessary to apply them.

   •  By production of welding works the clip of the welding machine has to be attached directly in the place of welding. Just in case the control unit of the device of a tension has to be disconnected.

   •  The control unit of a pillow of the safety/device of a tension is under the central console. For an exception of failures in its work do not place in bliz it any magnets.

   •  It is not necessary to subject the device of a tension and the control unit even to short-term influence of temperatures above +90 °C. The damaged elements are not subject to repair and they cannot be opened. Before their installation check again whether the negative cable of the rechargeable battery is disconnected and whether the plug is isolated.

   •  It is not allowed to remove and utilize the seat belt tension device independently at all. Danger of explosion!
